Return & Refund Policy

At Georgia Create, all items are handmade with love and care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@georgiacreate.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items As all products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been used.

Refund Processing Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
