Some passions choose you before you even realise it. For me, it was the moment I first picked up a crochet hook and a handful of beads — and never really put them down.
For years, crocheting, macramé jewellery, and bead work were my happy place. A way to create something beautiful with my hands, stitch by stitch, bead by bead. My projects found their way to friends and family as birthday gifts and celebration tokens — little handmade pieces of love for the people I cared about.
Then one day, I thought: what if more people could enjoy these?
That's how Georgia Create was born.
Every item in this shop is made by me, with the same care and attention I put into every gift I ever made. I still get that same flutter of excitement when I see yarn, crochet hooks, beads, or macramé cord laid out in front of me — ready to become something new.
But if I'm honest about what truly makes it all worthwhile? It's the children. Seeing a little one's face light up when they receive a handmade stuffed bear or a crocheted animal — and hearing from their mum that they fall asleep hugging it every night — that is everything. That is why I create.
